Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across the UAE.
Our delivery service covers Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Al Ain, and Umm Al Quwain. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time depends on your location and order confirmation time.
For Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, we offer same day delivery within 1 to 2 hours after order confirmation, depending on driver availability, stock status, and your delivery area.
In Dubai, this includes areas such as Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, DIFC, Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Creek Harbour, Jumeirah Village Circle, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills Estate, and other Dubai locations.
For Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Al Ain, and Umm Al Quwain, delivery is usually completed within 24 hours after order confirmation.
Orders placed during operating hours are usually dispatched the same day. If you place an order late in the evening, our team will confirm the earliest available delivery slot through WhatsApp.
Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, high order volume, traffic, or other situations outside our control.
Order Confirmation
After you place an order, our team may contact you through WhatsApp to confirm your product, quantity, delivery address, payment method, and delivery time.
Delivery time starts after your order is confirmed.
Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct when placing an order. Incorrect details may delay delivery.
Delivery Fees
Orders above AED 450 qualify for free delivery.
For orders below AED 450, a delivery fee may apply. Our team will confirm the exact delivery fee through WhatsApp before dispatch.
Delivery fees may vary depending on your location, order size, and delivery timing.
Payment on Delivery
We accept cash on delivery and card on delivery across UAE delivery areas.
Payment is collected at the time of delivery. No advance payment is required unless we inform you otherwise for a special order or exceptional case.
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and complete payment.
Product Packaging
All TEREA Smartcore sticks and IQOS ILUMA devices are dispatched in their original factory sealed packaging.
We do not open, repackage, modify, or mix products before dispatch. This helps protect product condition and gives customers confidence when receiving their order.
Order Tracking and Delivery Updates
Once your order is confirmed, our team will provide delivery updates through WhatsApp.

Wrong Address or Incorrect Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact number.
If you notice that you entered the wrong address or phone number, contact us immediately through WhatsApp at +971553925521.
We will try to update the delivery details before dispatch. If the order has already been sent out, delivery may be delayed or an extra delivery fee may apply.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails because you are unavailable, your phone is unreachable, or the address is incorrect, we will contact you through WhatsApp to reschedule.
We make up to two delivery attempts before cancelling the order.
If an order is cancelled due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address details, or no response from the customer, we may choose not to accept future cash on delivery orders without confirmation.
Undeliverable Orders
An order may be considered undeliverable if the address is incorrect, the customer cannot be reached, payment is not completed at delivery, or the customer is unavailable after repeated contact attempts.
If an order is returned or cancelled due to incorrect customer information or failed delivery attempts, any future delivery may require reconfirmation through WhatsApp.
Lost or Damaged Orders
We take reasonable care when preparing and dispatching every order.
If your order is damaged during delivery or you receive the wrong item, contact us through WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the product and packaging.
If delivery tracking or driver confirmation shows that an order was delivered to the correct address, TEREA UAE SHOP is not responsible for lost or missing items after successful delivery.
Returns Related to Delivery
If you want to request a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original factory sealed condition.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Approval depends on product condition, order details, and our return policy.

Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock after you place an order, our team will contact you through WhatsApp.
You may choose to wait until the item is available, replace it with another available product, or cancel the unavailable item before dispatch.
International Shipping
We currently deliver within the UAE only.
We do not ship to countries outside the UAE, and we do not handle international customs, import duties, or overseas delivery charges.
