How to Use It Correctly

Getting the most from this cleaner is straightforward, but the order matters. Follow these steps carefully:

Step 1 — Prepare the brush
Spray the cleaning solution onto your IQOS cleaning brush 2 to 3 times. Wait 10 to 20 seconds, then discard the liquid from the brush before inserting.

Step 2 — Clean the heating chamber
Insert the brush into the IQOS stick body from the bottom only. Do not insert from the top — this is the most common mistake and can cause damage. Gently move the brush to loosen any built-up residue.

Step 3 — Wipe with a cotton swab
Lightly spray a cotton swab with the cleaner and use it to wipe the interior surfaces of the stick and heating plate. Rotate slowly in one direction rather than scrubbing back and forth.

Step 4 — Clean the cap
Spray a small amount onto a fresh cotton swab and use it to clean the inside of the IQOS cap.

Step 5 — Dry thoroughly
Switch the device on and leave it for approximately one minute to allow the interior to dry completely before your next session.

Important: Never spray the cleaning liquid directly into the heating chamber or onto electronic components.
